MiniAItura is an independent project operated by its owner from Spain.

2. What MiniAItura is

An online tool to generate video thumbnails (e.g. for YouTube) using artificial intelligence, with a public gallery of community-made thumbnails.

3. Intellectual property

The site design, code, texts, logos and original graphics belong to the owner or are used under licence. Using the Service grants you no rights over them.

Thumbnails generated by users are governed by the Terms of Service.

4. Liability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Service and are not liable for damages arising from use contrary to the law or these terms. External links are provided for information only.

Content generated, uploaded or published by users (including reference images and public-gallery thumbnails) is the sole responsibility of whoever creates or publishes it. We do not pre-screen user content and are not liable for it, though we will diligently remove any unlawful content as soon as we become aware of it.

This notice and the use of the site are governed by Spanish law.
